This sumptuous Marzipan Christmas pudding by Cartwright & Butler is based on a traditional Christmas pudding but with a twist. For those who would like to try something a little bit different, this pudding contains lashings of Marzipan in the centre and topped with Almonds for a sweet nutty taste.

Amaretto (7%)
Golden syrup
Orange juice from concentrate
Glacé cherries (cherries, glucose fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, fruit and vegetable juice for colour)
Breadcrumbs (flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine), water, salt, yeast)
Almonds (3%)
Lemon juice from concentrate
Candied citrus peel (orange peel, lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid)

Molasses
Malted barley extract
Mixed spice, cinnamon, ground nutmeg.
