Returns Policy

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR GOODS

Our returns policy determines that in the unlikely event that you receive an item broken or faulty we will replace it Free of Charge. We may require the item to be photographed and emailed or returned to us. Items broken on arrival must be notified within 3 Days of receipt

If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate you may return them at your cost for a refund on the Goods. The Goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition.  Where applicable Presentation/Gift Boxes are considered to be part of the good and must also be returned in perfect condition. We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. We normally allow you up to 28 days within which to return items. We are unable to accept returns on Jewellery, Perfumes and Cosmetics, Grooming Products, Drinks and Food Gifts. We are also unable to accept returns on custom made items – items made specifically for the customer unless they are faulty.

We will not offer an exchange or refund on items that have been damaged or scratched if you have not notified us within three days of receipt. Or that have been used, or that are not in the original packaging. In this situation the item/s will be returned to you at your cost.

Due to hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, refund or exchange earrings or grooming products.

Please return a copy of your invoice with your item together with a note stating the reason for the return.  We advise all customers to return any item via a traceable method, as we accept no liability for items that may become lost during transit.  Customers are expected to meet the cost of returning items, except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through ALL ENGLISH THINGS. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

Please note charges incurred such as postage and administration costs will be deducted from orders which are cancelled or returned and are not faulty.

Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a credit to make an alternative purchase through ALL ENGLISH THINGS (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Note, corporate gifts may only be returned by the original purchaser and within 14 working days of initial receipt.

LATE RETURNS

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside this time frame may only be accepted at the discretion of ALL ENGLISH THINGS and may only be refunded as a store credit

OUR POLICY

Items should be returned new, unused, and with all ALL ENGLISH THINGS and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on ALL ENGLISH THINGS. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
