A trip to Derbyshire proved very interesting, We found an amazing cheese shop in Hartington near Buxton selling local artisan cheeses, well worth a visit if you are in the area. Hartington itself is very pretty and a good place to escape from the city. Walking in the hills proved to be a wonderful experience and I would recommend Derbyshire as a must for those of you who enjoy soft rolling hills with beautiful scenery. 
The snow came down and transformed the countryside into picture postcard landscapes. This was the first snow we have seen all winter and of course, back in Hartington a snowman just had to be built. 
Having spent several hours in the snow we enjoyed a perfect cup of Darvilles Royalty Tea with a scrumptious slice of Cartwright and Butlers Luxury Chocolate Loaf Cake ….. Ahhh Bliss. Now back to work!
