Established in 2004 by Ian James and Nick Selby, they set out to create a crafted range of recipes using well-sourced, seasonal ingredients producing a unique offer for everyday eating. Their exacting standards and insistence on proper cookery values has resulted in a selection of tasty, interesting food, produced fresh everyday in their kitchens.
From their first shop in London’s Primrose Hill and a second, in Hampstead, each week they serve over 4000 customers with an exciting range of the best artisan products. I can honestly say that Ian and Nick take the art of food to a new level.
